MP11-2: Total Internal Reflection Conceptual Question (practice, spoiler)

Total Internal Reflection can happen only going from high n to a lower n. The more extreme the difference (as a ratio) the smaller the angle at which total internal reflection can happen, as measured in the medium the light is departing.
